MAIN SUBSTATION UNIT (MSSU)

The MSSU is installed at the main station and is the heart of the solar plant subsystem, capable of running the software and collecting signals from the solar plant. It also integrates necessary signal parts to connect plant devices such as weather sensors, protection relays and meters

  • 6x Rev. 2.0 compliant full speed RS232/422/485 serial communication interface ports

  • Up to 32 dry or wet contact digital inputs with 3KHz counters, electrically isolated
  • Up to 24 voltage or relay digital outputs
  • Industrial 5-port 10/100Mbps Ethernet switch or optical-to-Ethernet converter with 5 electrical ports and 2 optical ports for either single mode or multimode optical fiber (optional)

PERIPHERAL SUBSTATION UNIT (PSSU)

Can be installed in each peripheral substation or inverter skid to extend the monitored signals of the solar plant. It can be connected to a variety of measuring, monitoring and control equipment as well as various sensors and actuators. Together with the MSSU, the PSSU gathers all necessary data, pre-processes and forwards the results over the network connection to the centralized control center
